The Supreme Court got it wrong when it ruled Texas could not take the extra measures the state implemented to discourage illegal immigration into the U.S. While we are not going to like every decision SCOTUS makes, but their rulings must be in line with the Constitution, which this one is not: by the letter of the important document, the federal government must do what it takes to protect states from any invasion — and the mass influx of illegal migrants is, in fact, an invasion.
